working at the intersections of creativity and community engagement.

I’m a life-long athlete with a parallel career in Movement Education. Through public classes and individual training, I leave my clients with reduced pain, confidence in their bodies, and curiosity for progress.

With over a decade of experience at some of the best Yoga studios in Brooklyn and New York City, I’ve followed my (and my clients’) anatomical curiosity to multiple advanced certifications and keep up with the ever-changing science of movement and aging. Working with me means relying on your movement facility and capacity - no trending somatic word salads! - which means cross training for your daily life’s physical demands.
